Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
At Inspired Muse, we believe the journey to your doorstep should be as conscious as the garment itself. We ship all orders directly from our sanctuary in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California.
1. Processing Times

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items (including Holiday Sale items) are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Pre-Order Items (IM THE LABEL): Please refer to the specific estimated shipping date listed on the product page. Pre-orders are secured with immediate payment but will ship once the production batch arrives at our facility.
2. Pre-Order & Mixed Carts If your order contains both "In-Stock" items and "Pre-Order" items, we will ship your in-stock items immediately. Your pre-order items will ship separately as soon as they become available. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
3. Local Pickup (Carmel-by-the-Sea) We offer free local pickup for our Monterey Peninsula community.

Location: Inspired Muse, Hampton Court, San Carlos & 7th Ave, Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA.

Timing: Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Instructions: Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to collect your items.
4. Sustainable Packaging To minimize our environmental footprint, we have eliminated virgin plastics from our shipping process. Your order will arrive in 100% recycled or compostable mailers. We strip away unnecessary "fluff" (excess tissue and plastic) to ensure the packaging is as conscious as the clothing inside.
5. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.

Domestic (USA): We ship via USPS and UPS. Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days after processing.

International: We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping times vary by country. Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon arrival.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages Inspired Muse is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier (USPS/UPS) directly to file a claim.
