Inspired Muse Policies and FAQs

What is your return/exchange policy?

Refunds and exchanges happily accepted up to 14 days after receipt of purchase on unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by access to original e-receipt, AND original Inspired Muse store tag attached. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. All Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Where do you ship, what carriers do you use, and what are your shipping rates?

At this time, Inspired Muse ships within the continental United States. We use standard shipping rates based on package size, weight, and distance, unless overnight or special shipping accommodations are requested. Shipping rates will be calculated at time of purchase.

How do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you at the time your order is fulfilled. You will be able to track your package, make changes to delivery, file a claim on the carrier's website.

My package was lost, what do I do?

If your package is lost, contact the carrier immediately and file a claim. All of our deliveries are insured. Once you open a claim with the carrier, please contact Inspired Muse so that we can be of assistance if needed. In order for Inspired Muse to assist in a lost package, the recipient must contact the carrier first and make them aware it was lost.

What kind of packaging do you use to ship?

All of our packaging is re-purposed, recycled, biodegradable or compostable depending on size of shipment and availability of packaging materials.

Do you have e-gift cards?

Yes. Our gift cards are available to purchase online and in-store in customizable increments. They do not have an expiration date.

Can purchase an order as a gift and have it shipped directly to the person I'm buying for?

Absolutely! Let us know upon ordering if your purchase is a gift. We can include a personalized note card upon request.
